Is there any way to make custom colors in SRB2Kart?

just wondering, since I'm trying to make the runningchars have color pallets more accurate to SRB2 2.2 instead of the lighter shades the kart characters use.

Kart does not have custom skincolor support.

probably should've guessed that since it's built off of 2.1.
