How do you change from model to model using commands?

I know there is a way to do this, but I can't find it.

I'm asking this because I wanted Adventure Sonic's Model to switch from Jeck Jim's Models to Peppermint's SRB2 Styled models, without having to change the models.dat file.

I think Adventure Sonic has a command for swapping between SA1 and SA2 inspired models, but not for swapping between different model packs.
