Addon folder isn't empty but SRB2 says it is, please help

Downloaded some addons from here and put them in the addons folder but when I open it up in-game, I get an error message. I've added screenshots of in-game going through the steps and 1 photo of what the addon folder actually looks like inside. Ive tried googling and cant find any answers.

the addons are supposed to be pk3s or wads, not folders/zip files.

Your "addons" aren't in the right format. Also you don't have to put them in the addons folder, it's just for some extra organization.
