OK I know you can't make recolor of wad. I was wondering if you can trace a wad or if that is a recolor?

What do you mean "trace" ?

Like starting or using with Sonic.plr and end with,by editing more than the color,Shadow.wad?

Don't make recolors. They'll never be accepted.

Well what I mean is make an outline around a wad, then erase the inside stuff, then work from there.

Then you'll need to rip the sprites with a lump editor, copy them into Paint (or any other image editor), outline it, then erase the inside of the outline.

Ok I will do that. Then it won't be a recolor. Also how do I put in a spolier?
