Unless you use DOS, you can simply click and hold the icon for your file and move it to the folder where your SRB2 stuff is. This is called dragging, and most modern Operating Systems since the age old Windows and Macintosh editions of the early 90s had this feature. Seriously, you don't need to ask us how.
