How do you make a sector display text when you touch it?

Is a Cyan Sonic in SRB2
Title says all.

I need help figuring that out, for example, the ? block at the beginning of Mystic Realm, the Sector that you start on while playing SRB2:TBE, RedXVI's house and picnic area, etc.

Kaysakado covered the first one, the one in SRB2TBE can be done via map header, found here: http://wiki.srb2.org/wiki/Level_Header#ScriptName
And the last one is hard-coded into SRB2's source code.

ECHO can be used rather than CECHO for text, but it can hardly be read in windowed mode.

ECHO shows a message from the console, while CECHO writes a message on the center of the screen (CECHO = Center ECHO i think)
 
I was aslo asking this question but now i know the answser(well i little bit) And how do you make flying FOFs?
