5, mainly due to its the only one I ever played, but it is dead awesome. Thanks goto ST218 for showing me it. He was the one who got me into RPG's in general, actually.

8, because it tried something new (I like the junctioning system; if you knew what you were doing, it was freaking powerful), and except for Squall, it had a stellar cast of characters.

7 = 6 + emo + 3D. I'm not a huge fan.

10, might even change into 7, when I finally get to play it. :P

The sphere grid was awesome, i'm going through the game a second time now using the expert grid.

9
Out of all of them, that's the only one I actually enjoyed.
FF7 used to be fun.. but now? Eh, at a certain point, bad graphics CAN ruin a game.

Hopefully this doesn't turn into a huge GameFaqs FF fight.

I'm gonna say FF9 here, for the storyboard was incredible at my standards. I liked that the black mages were brought home, too.

im not really a huge final fatansy fan to be honest but, ive tried a bunch of the games and i was bored to death.........

but when i played FF7 i loved it, thats my only favorite ff game.
to me thats the best game in the series...

PS: i bought FF7: advent children 2 days before the japaneese vers came out ^_^

all hail the bootleggers..... lol

I thought FFX final battle was, well, anticlimactic. FFVIII had an awesome minigame in it though (Triple Triad).

NEW FF7 making i saw the trailer but forgot where :o
but it was cloud jumped off the train CGI animated
(advent children was cool!)

Why have I never heard of this remake? Last time I checked, it was just a rumor.
