Srb2 on SegaSonic Radio

Usually lurks somewhere.
I'm not sure if you're aware of this, or whether you have given permission to the makers of SegaSonic Radio, but they seem to play srb2 songs in conjunction to the Sonic Team songs they usually play. Are they allowed to do this?
 
Yes. They've been doing that for... correct me if I'm wrong...

Well, more than 4 years, but I don't know exactly how long.
