  • Official Music from Sonic 4
  • Stage Titles changed to stage titles from Sonic 4

wait it doesnt say anything about that in the rules
 
What if you can't contact the original author of the music and why would you modify the song? Maybe people should just give credit to the person who made the song. Does the rule even apply to music?
