Camera issue in CEZ2

I know this is somewhat minor, but it happened recently and it eventually let to me dying a fatal death via Fall Out.

In CEZ2's "suspended/dropping platforms" room, it is possible for the camera to stall and get stuck on one of the poles holding up the platforms as you jump from each platform, causing the camera not to follow the player.
 
Surprisingly enough, this happens in more places than just here. Despite the camera being intangible to Objects, Mobjs, and Polyobjects, sectors that are completely solid walls can stop the camera, primarily so you can't see out of bounds. Same rule applies to Opaque, Solid FOFs. There is a linedef that allows the sector or FOF in question to be intangible to the camera, but I couldn't tell you how it works, as I never use it.
