A good image editor would not make you automatically a better artist <<. It is possible to get good images from ms paint if you put enough effort into it. Using a good image editor can make it easier though, as long as you know how to use it and have some art skills.

Yesh, I do wuvs my RocketDock.

EDIT: Updated to my newer desktop. Vista-ish visuals without the all the resources! I aslo want to note that the search bar on my start menu actually works like in Vista, and anything behind the window borders are blurred.
