What's your favorite MUGEN Characters/Character?

Well I don't know how to add characters yet, but I have played Dragonball Z mugen and I would say SSJ4 Goku is my favorite.

I was going to add something but I ran out of time. So I'll go get that something and add it to that post now.

The site that it was on is temporarily down for updates and repairs right now, but I'll link (bad pun) it to you once it's back up.
EDIT: The sites back up, but its database isn't yet.
Will someone explain to me how to add a MUGEN character to the game? I've tried everything.....

They're a bunch of video tutorials on Youtube.

EDIT: Does any one know where to get the MUGEN versions of Shadow and Rouge?
