This....this is not good. I'd give constructive criticism on how to improve the sprite, but I really can't see how these sprites as they are could be made into anything good.
If you want my advice, go look at pictures of the Werehog, study him and then come back and completely remake the sprites. Because those sprites do not look good in any meaning of the word.

The entire body isn't detailed nor should his body be oval. His arms look like noodles with ball-like hands on them nor does it look brutalizing .His head shouldn't be spherical or smiling, also he has no snout or nose, Shoes need improvement and his legs look stiff.
And I really don't see a point in including chip.
Look at pictures of the werehog, draw him until it's decent, then work on this.
