The other day I download Sonic adventure DX-Director's Cut A Demo, and today I tryed installing it, that worked, but when I played it, it didn't work. When I try to play it, the screen goes black, you can here sounds, but not see, why is this?
 
See if you have a video/graphics card that supports it.
That happens to me on BIONICLE HEROES then it says I don't have the right graphics card.
 
First, where'd you get it?

Second, check your System Requirements. It's a lot of hassle, but it might be what's wrong.
