ERZ Sky Stretching

All sky textures are displayed backwards in-game, that's just because of how skies are drawn in-game. =V The planet stretches sometimes because SRB2 tries to draw the sky as if it were the inside of a barrel wrapped around the map, though it only does this horizontally in 2.1 so it ends up looking weird.

The stretching is due to an incomplete implementation of barrel distortion. 2.2 adds the vertical stretching as well to get the complete distortion effect.
