This has got to be one of the worst Flash animations ever. The music doesn't loop correctly, it spends way, way, way too much time on a black screen and the really badly animated dancing scene thing, and there is a lot of controversy over the ending with the biking. Just read the comments.

Also, in that last frame, I suppose it's absolutely necessary to have the words "Ticket" and "License Revoked" written over the two items, because I never, ever would have guessed that that's what they were.
