A few console questions

How do you;

1) Make someone an admin
2) Switch Map
3) Switch Gametype
4) Kick people

I'm kinda new to hosting so please and thank you!

1)Dunno
2)MAP MAP?? with the question marks filled with your respective maps numbers. You might need to use SHOWMAP to get a sense of what you're warping to, though.
3)MAP MAP9? -GAMETYPE MATCH would put you in a match level with the mode match. Still, the "?" needs a number, a number.
4)KICK <username> If the guy has spaces in his name, put quotes around it. BAN works as well, but the difference is that they have to restart they're game before they can join again.

To make admins, type in "verify <node number>" in the console. You see the node numbers via the "nodes" command.

PrettySRB2 has a nifty "Change Map" option in the menu while you're in a game.

And thats what makes pretty SRB2 pretty...
