Is there a way to convert wads to the latest version?

I have a lot of wads that aren't available to the current version (amy, shadow, mario). When i choose them, the colors are all ugly and nasty.
 
You would have to swap every frame with 2.0 palette.

Shadow might have a 2.0 port, Amy too. For Mario, you are out of luck if you don't have the skill.
 
I tried googling, searching this forum, but there is not a 2.0 shadow one. I think there was an amy one in the section, but i didn't work for me.

Actually, there is a shadow 2.0 port. Sonicfreak94 ported him.
