Hi, me again...

Been going through every level/character creation tutorial I can find to pick up tips for my level designing experiments.
Seen a few references to Objectplace, but I'm still not sure exactly what it is, or how to use it.

Not sure if someone has already posted this. I tried searching the forum for any messages that used "objectplace" in them, but couldn't find anything helpful.

Is this a function of the WAD editor, or is it built into the actual game itself? And how do I use it?

Thanks.

Open the console with ~.
Type OBJECTPLACE 1 [enter]
Close the console.

To move, use arrows
To go up, use /
To go down, use .
To place object, use [CTRL]
To cycle through objects one at a time, use P
To zip through objects backwords, use O

When you're finished, open the console, and type:
WRITETHINGS [enter]
OBJECTPLACE 0 [enter]

Exit SRB2, you don't need it anymore.
Go get lumpmod here.
Go into DOS prompt.

LUMPMOD cheese.wad update THINGS newthings.lmp
where cheese.wad = your map
