Twisted Terminal's 2.1 redesign

Of all the redesigns to an existing level that I've seen introduced in 2.1, this is probably still the one that I've never fully liked almost a year later. Mostly because of the small outdoor areas that existed in earlier versions with a Weak Random Monitor (just opposite of where you collect the Rail Ring Panels) of the map being moved inside a team's base (with it's original location and the surrounding open space being closed off), and the flag now requiring you to spring up to it rather than it just being out in the open, much like a good majority of existing CTF levels where as you spring up all the ring flingers (rail ringers included) can get one last chance to humiliate your attempt of either taking or capturing the opposing team's flag, especially people on the opposing team camping at the flag spawn points.
