I need some computer help

So I get this brand new 2011 computer from Best Buy. I finally have this powerful machine with 8GB of RAM @ 3.14 Hz. Have anyone here get the igt.exe virus? Thats what I got. Now every time I try to open a program it says that I don't have permission to open the program. I have to right click and "run as admin". Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Reboot and hit F8 till you get an option to boot into Safe Mode with Networking, choose that then download Malware Bytes Anti-Malware, run it, update the definitions and set it off doing a quick scan to get rid of the igt.exe, then use Microsoft Security Essentials to keep your PC in check over time.
