I could understand running at low-res, shrinking the textures, and making a few other changes.. but getting rid of the music? C'mon, it's not even worth playing at that point.

Burn an SRB2 music CD and play it on your stereo while you play. S'what I do when my DS is running low on energy and I have good music with me =P

Heh, I bet Windows 95 starts up real slowly on that thing. Like the one time someone got Mac OS 5 on there (I think that's the version). It took, like, hours to start up.

A better option might be just to load DOS on the PSP and run SRB2 DOS.
