Trouble by making a boss SOC

Yup, I was about to make a kind of "Egg Hooper" boss but the boss thinker make it moves after every attack. It looks ilogical because it can't fly.
What can I do to make my boss stand after every attack instead of chase the player by flying?
 
One way to stop that is to avoid the boss's SpawnState, which is where the boss will do all it's flying (as well as the random-attack deciding thing though, mind).
 
You mean here set the first attack last state NEXT option to the second attack first state?

But I think it will be more complicated if I want to give to the boss a pinch attack, right?

EDIT2:But the boss needs to get back to the spawn state after be hitten, otherwise, it will continues to flash, hurt your eyes, and be invincible

Yeah, it's complicated really - maybe make the spawnstate last only one tic or something and go to something else immediately after? Not many ideas really.
 
Anyways, I deleted this boss because it was total b*******
But I was anyways wondering why is the boss playing the Mario power-down sfx when it goes to its XDeathState?
 
I readed it carefully but I skipped this ;_;
