LOLZ, DATS the newly ported 2.1 edition of HMS123311 after more than two weeks in development! Cool right?! Yeah, this is the extra-special Remastered Edition created through lots of blood, sweat, toe-stubbing, and porting over collision from incredibly outdated code. Chock-full of new abilities, the Remaster also includes the iconic Voice version of HMS123311 alongside the default version, for you to decide if you want more (or less) of the Overpowered Recolor Experience®! Of course, you don't want to spend your time all on the fancy intro paragraph, do you? Onward to the showcase!

  • Some mobjs are deleted/killed on contact if not on a whitelist

Version 1.21
  • Fixed the broken "tunes default" call.
Version 1.2
  • Complete code refactor
  • Chaos Control has minimal support for "breaking" glass FOFs. No visual effect for it, but HMS can remove their solidity.
  • Bugs with adding HMS in the middle of a netgame have been fixed.
  • Bugs with switching skins from HMS have been fixed.
  • Fancy sparks from 1.09.4 have been ported successfully.
  • Added some extra entries to the whitelist script.
  • Made mobj kill detection a lot better.
  • HMS doesn't endlessly rise when dying.
  • Removed footcancer. Again.
  • More bugfixes, most of which I forgot.
  • HMS is disabled in ringslinger gametypes. I shouldn't have to point out why it would be a bad idea to keep him enabled.
Version 1.1
  • Almost every single bug has been fixed by Katmint! Now you can enjoy recolor glory in peace!
  • Whitelist updated. Should no longer cause issues in ERZ3 and NiGHTS mode.
  • Abilities will no longer function in ringslinger gametypes.
  • Frame-freeze after finishing the level have been fixed.
  • All instances of super transform loops have been fixed.
  • Removed footcancer.

Along with what's been shown, the wad also has numerous surprises along with some acutal OC in the form of transformation sprites done by the legendary MotorRoach!

there's any simple lua script to make the character start the level as super? because I'm remaking an old supersonic wad to play with my friends, but I wanted to improve it with some lua scripts

Even though he's apparently in super form, HMS123311 gains invincibility sparkles from monitors. Personally, he would look less boring if he always had them.

Thanks to a huge batch of bugfixes contributed by Katmint, HMS123311 v1.1 will be coming soon to an SRB2MB near you. Along with this, we'll also have NEW HMS surprises for you(as if the first batch wasn't enough ^_~) so be prepared, everyone.

This goes for all characters. Invincibility actually *does* mean something for super characters, as it means true invincibility in match and a constant chain in single player; so it's important that the sparkles still show up for them.

...So I sped ran ERZ3 with HMS...

and no I do not know why the gif is sped up or how to fix it....

Overall, glad to see his return, as his a fun character to mess around with. Although he does die too much due to chaos controlling out of the map to an instant death...

HMS123311 v1.1 has now been released!

Updated the first post with the changelog. Thanks to Katmint, most of the bugs that would crazily break the game have been fixed.

Keep in mind, this is a pure bugfix release. Content release has been delayed to 1.2, which has no specific release date. I guess you'll get it...when it's done.

I downloaded Greeneyes and played for a while. I added HMS to test some super forms and suddendly HMS didn't transform. There's a little bug there, but I don't really know why.

I really love this WAD. Hilarious in ALL situations, a level breaker, heck! You should add HMS to the NIGHTS MODE!
