7th Chaos Emerald with Sonic, need help.

On another thread, I was surprised to find that most people were calling the new 7th emerald stage easy, yet none of them elaborate on how it's supposed to be accomplished, leaving us dumb people frustrated to no end. Would it be possible for someone to make a little walkthrough on how to do this stage? Preferably in video form, to reduce complication.

And please, don't focus it on Tails or Knuckles, as I'm sure their abilities make the stage a ton easier. I want to see the stage beaten with Sonic.

A few tips.

- To get to the far away red platforms with sonic, just run and jump off the starting grey platform (no thok).

- You can thok back from any of the outer ring areas to the next corner. There is a grey platform with a green bar thing that will prevent you from falling off the platform.

- When on the inside, when jumping from the moving platforms do not hold jump! Just get a running start and tap jump. This will prevent you from hitting the ceiling and falling down too quickly.
