Or whatever the name of the file is, like do I need to type *Command ---* or just *---*?

You don't asterisks or anything, just Bind X Screenshot should do it.

I forgot to say that * with the command line in between is the command line.

So all I put is Bind X screenshot and that's it?

EDIT : Nevermind it worked.

No, it should be

Quotes are only if your command has multiple words in it.

By the way, F8 is the screenshot command. I don't know if this is new or not, as I haven't tried it in 1.09.4. I know it works for 2.x.x though.
