i need help making character WADS

hi im new tomaking character WADS but the when i click on the guide on the forums thsi appears "this page cannot be found" can anyone help me
 
Wait for hotdog to bring back STARS, you'll be able to see it then. Assuming he dosen't already know that he needs to talk to the sepwich admin....
 
STARS is still having some technical issues, mainly due to the server move. I'm working on fixing that now, i'll keep you guys notified.
