Lag and ... well... C-Lag

Well, I don't mean this any bad ways,, but can anyone explain the lag i ALWAYS had on every netgame? ( Spike and Control ).

And to think... this is my conditions:

1. 100 Mbps broadband connection
2. Distance ( approx ) 13000 miles away from the USA.
3. I live in a develop-ING country instead of develop-ED country.
4. Ping can be seen below.

Anyone can give me any suggestions on how or why it is keep happening?
I don't think number 3 is counted as a correct conditions though, but I think I declared that a condition because the Australia ( about 3000 miles away ) to the US ( which is also as far as Indonesia to US ) is better...

I thought it was strange that Australia is nearer to Indonesia than USA.

Both of them is cuter than I thought...

Any suggestions? ( except getting a better connection... )
