Fixed 'Scramble Teams' glitch

If you start up the game and type 'ultimate' before the title screen loads (After the intro), and back out of the character select menu, you get this:

Not the best wording, but I'll say what I've verified here:

Backing out from ultimate mode seems to return you to the last menu item in the base options you had selected, though some subdirectories will instead be select if you pressed enter on them; if you type ultimate before operating any menus however, when you back out your cursor will be over scramble teams despite not being in a netgame; this isn't to be confused with starting a game or altering variables, as this can be done with the console without affecting this glitch. Notable is that if you start a netgame and then select one of the options present when first pressing escape and then use exitgame from the console, the next time you back out from ultimate mode you will have that same option selected, even though it is not ordinarily present at the title screen menu; if you pressed enter on one of the submenu options that will make ultimate start you there instead, the menu option will be selected when you use escape to navigate back to the starting menus. The option will disappear as soon as you select something else. The scramble teams menu item doesn't do anything when pressed at the title screen.
