Okay, you have to upload your picture to some online space. I suggest Photobucket; you sign up for an account, log in, and upload your picture. Then you link it to the board's avatar option :D.

...although shouldn't this belong in Off-Topic? o_O

Lol This guy is funny. I almost believed him when he asked,

He went to his profile and set everything up, But pretended to not see where it said avatar.

He saw it. But instead of providing a link, he tried to upload straight from his hard drive. (Right click on the Red X, select "Properties") Didn't work, did it, Red Dominator? Or should I say...MR. DAVID PIPER?!?!?! *evil laugh*
