Known about it since last night so it's somewhat old. But anyway, I've never played the original game but I've heard good things about it so there is a good chance I'll get the game if it's a remake of the original though I'm not sure if I would buy a sequel.

If I knew what Cronos trigger was, I'd be more interested.
Chrono Trigger is, hands down, my favorite game of all time, and this is really great news, especially for those who never got a chance to play the original.
According to the announcement, they're just porting it, and considering the game was basically perfect, I see no problem with that.
