When a thread made by someone gets pushed back to page 2 or 3, it gets ignored.

If that's the case, do you think starting a new thread would be acceptable?
Heck, this runs true even if the thread is only at the bottom at page one. Example: Releases-Levels.

Isn't it logical that threads that get pushed back get ignored? After all, they were pushed back in the first place because nobody replied to them. If you have something substantial to say, just reply, even if the thread is at page 2 or something. Just don't bump if you have nothing to say.
