Even though some dubs are done right, I always try to watch the original version first. Viewing something the way it was intended to be shown is just so much better.
 
You know, I've got to say that I'm really surprised at how many people here don't like the OVA. I mean, compared to what else Sonic's been in, it's pretty much the best animation he's ever been in.

I completely agree! Half the stuff now is junk. Well, at least the 4kids Sonic X dub is.
 
Man I still have the VHS of this OVA. This made Metal Sonic my number 1 favorite villain of the Sonic series.
