Dark City zone?

The official page for SRB2 listed a "dark city zone" in the list of zones but it's not in game why?

And it's also very unlikely Dark City Zone will ever be made. Not impossible, but very unlikely.

I don't know about that, but it is pretty much certain that it won't make 2.1.

Why don't you read in the wiki, it won't probably be in the 2.1, it has a lot of thing to be corrected, I find very difficult to place black eggman in that level, especially because it would be a persecution.

I'm guessing it may get scrapped along the way. I'm assuming this since that's what usually happens.
