Transparent Walls?

Make an FOF using Linedef 102. Enter a value in the front side's Upper Texture area: #000-#063, #064-#127, #128-#191, or #192-#255 to determine how transparent it is.
For certain textures (like GLASS2) you can just apply them to the Middle Texture area of a wall.

How do you make walls transparent?

Easy

1. create a sector outside the level and in one of the linefes put a tag number
2. take the same tag number in the sector where the transparent wall is
3. return on the linedef and select the effect, is on FOF
4. in the outside sector put on the floor the height of the bottom of the trasculent wall
5. put on ceiling the floor of the trasculent wall
6. select the "trasculent texture" on the sides of the invisible wall you have create.

I am not english and i dont speak good that language, do you know what i mean?

Almost correct, except for the fact that SRB2 2.0 actually supports 11 levels of translucency in 2.0.

If I am reading the source code correctly, the different levels of translucency would be: #000-#011, #012-#037, #038-#063, #064-#088, #089-#114, #115-#139, #140-#165, #166-#191, #192-#216, #217-#242, #243-#255.

The last one is used to make opaque flats with transparent pixels render correctly.

You would only need to use those numbers if you don't like the default translucency level.
