Scale the Earth Zone = 0/10
C-fail = no points for you.

Volcano Park City = 4/10
The lava should have been water blocks, and it's hard to get back on the cource if you mess up on the springs.

Scorching Factory Zone = 3/10
Bowsers were cool, but the first turn is very confusing. Lava shouldn't be death pits, either.

Endless Woods Zone = 9/10
Wow, Tails and Knux has a chance here! It's abit too much like Verderant Forest, though.

Match coming soon, maybe.

Dusty Desert 5/10
Not much decoration (it IS possible to make levels look good, even with those textures) and the path was unclear in some areas. You could add some small (and large) details. For the paths, Make it so you can tell which way to go, don't just add arrows pointing in the right direction.

Beach Factory Zone 4/10
Very short, and I think it only had one route. Not much decoration.

Darkvile Castle Zone 3/10
It looked like there were at least a few routes to take. Again, not much decoration. It's mostly a copy of CEZ. You're searching for buttons, well, not really searching, just follow the arrows. As for the boss at the end, those things shooting at you (well, I think they were supposed to be) ended up helping me and shooting at Eggman instead. I hope you also know, it isn't that hard to create an egg capsule. There's a tutorial for egg capsules on the wikiright here, even though the sector tags might be tagged to a the wrong spots (unless someone changed it so it's right).

Poloy Forest 1/10
Almost a maze. Very interesting lava decoration through the invisible wall. The water didn't make it any harder, since you didn't have to go through it to get to any part of the level. This MUST be a joke level =P.

Vibrant Vendetta Zone 8/10
You had me log onto my PC and wait 5 minutes just for better color outside, and for better looking water? Anyway, the design of the level was very good. The only part bad about it was the textures. This really should be a different theme. It could also use a little more decorations, especially scenery.

Aqua Caves Zone 5/10
The falling floors made the level too unfair for it to be any enjoyable. The fish were too fast, even if one spotted you, you couldn't attack it in time, and with all the fish hitting you into deathpits, it made the level very hard. The things with spikes moving up and down were impossible to thok through without getting hit by the spikes and flying up with them up to the ceiling. They were OK above water, but when you're underwater, it's very hard to jump with enough speed to land in between of the two.

Eggmansion Zone 6/10
This level had lots of decoration (maybe a little too much?), the new textures really need to be used in SRB2ME. There were way too many enemies, especially detons. The textures didn't look to good next to each other, just because there were too many. Your crushers were also very easy to avoid.

Floating Gardens Zone 4/10
Definitely a copy of AGZ. It's too short. Not any decoration, not much of a challenge, not much of a variety in textures.

Frost Mountain Zone 3/10
Somewhat cramped, and slightly floating rings? The textures don't exactly look right together. One of your springs sends me over another, and spikes are only good in close groups. Ceiling spikes do nothing, unless you can actually touch the ceiling. And a little note, small platforms that have long drops down are annoying, and red crawlas on any small platform, whether a long drop or short, are also very annoying.

Mill Citadel Zone 6/10
The textures were great, but there wasn't so much decoration. It was slightly boring, not much to do in it but get to the end.

Water Leaf Zone 7/10
A nice theme, some decoration. You used arrows to point the way in WAY too many places. There were a couple that were useful, but thousands that just pointed in the direction which you had to go.

What's with the overuse of arrows in this contest? There's one in Verdant Forest Zone, that's enough!

Fraid not. I have yet to enter a real Joke level. (Thoe I may have forgoten about if any of my early entries were joke ones) Latly I've been labeling my Glaber Syndrome levels with GS, so if I do a Joke one it will be labeled like this: SCMF_JK_Levelnamehere.wad

Why not make a GOOD level instead of making that garbage? It's not fun to play and I can't comprehend the thought process that goes into making a stage like that. I cannot understand why you would intentionally make a bad stage without making some kind of joke level.

This.

Stop taking 'Glaber Syndrome' as something to be proud of, it's not.

Lots of funny stuff going on here. XD But now, we must reveal my multiplayer thoughts.

Match

Heavens Meadow Zone by HyperKnux: 4/10
You still need to work on your multiplayer levels. This one is just too open, and sniper-bomb works too well in that. (remember Iron Turret Zone) Also, there's only one rail ring, meaning one player has that distinct advantage over everyone else, especially if they are experts to the game (they know who they are). There's an obvious visual glitch at one of the trees, BTW. (well, it's obvious in OpenGL)

Great Gorge of Water Zone by SonicMaster: 2/10
I actually didn't like this one. The water gimmick might keep you from drowning at all, but it throws everything off when that happens, giving the occasional cheap death and also causing problems when trying to dodge rings. Also, the level is ridiculously big AND tall, rendering bomb-infinity relatively useless.

Capture the Flag
This is the second contest in which there were no CTF maps entered. Where's Roy Kirby? He usually has one.

Circuit

Scale the Earth Zone by Chaobrother: 1/10
Obviously, everyone getting C-kicked at the first teleporter is the biggest pain EVER, but if that wasn't enough:

First Area=annoying invisible walls & too many random monitors
Second Area=thokfest despite the falling lava
Third Area=no flow at all; you're constanly jumping from platform to platform so you avoid lava (unless you have the Inferno Shield)
Fourth Area=nasty camera issue at the end

All of that adds up to me taking approx. 1:20 per lap. This level=FAIL.

Volcano Park City by Darkness Claw: 3/10
Nothing much was done to prevent thokfests here. Just a few bottomless pits, lava, and other obstacles easily thokked over. Oh, and there was no need for the spindashing conveyors.

Scorching Factory Zone by Jellybones69: 2/10
Yet another thokfest. The biggest problem glraing at me is that your thok barrier conveniently bumps out before the last set of springs. Too much space and not enough obstacles.

Endless Woods Zone by Blade T. Hedgehog: 5/10
Thokfest again, although not as much as the others due to the water slowing you down a bit. The alternate paths make it stand out from the rest of the competition in this division. Nothing spectacular, but I feel that this is the winner for Circuit. I have to agree with everyone else though; it does look like Verdant Forest Zone--nothing wrong with that; just be careful not to design levels too much off of others.

Overall Multiplayer

Yikes, multiplayer this time around was pitiful. Only a small handful of levels--none of which were in CTF--and the highest score I gave for what was here was only a five. This probably means we'll get a lot of awesome levels for the next contest. Until then!

Well, it's too late for that, now, Ezer'Arch. =P

Better (almost) late than never :D

(Now, dinner time)

EDIT:

I suspect I used a wrong time offset to post my vote. I spent ~1 or 1.5 hours editing and finishing my post, I think this made things worse.

Then, I ask to verify if my vote is legitimate or not.

Sorry for the mess.

Really, I have to ask what is wrong with counting a score that was submitted an hour or so late as long as the winners have not been calculated yet. As far as I'm concerned, it ought to work the same way as the submissions, if you don't get it in by the deadline there's no sure way of being counted, but if the scores have not been tallied yet, we'd be open to take the input.

My personal guess is that Ezer.Arch would win and I would not, because Eastern Standard Time was in parentheses, where as GMT was not, implying that GMT was the more official time. It would have been awesome if we could have shared the title.

Well, I know this won't happen again, because we'll be sure to take into account that EST is affected by Daylight Savings, and GMT is not.

Well, as it stands, I don't have enough time to vote now, its almost time for me to go to bed. Oh well...next time.

Meh, I just got lucky With Voiced Concern. I wasn't eve trying to win with that level, and yet it's not a joke level either.

Well, congratulations, Ezer.Arch. Whether your votes are counted or not, you still win the contest.

Haven't you been told about this?

Too late. I was about to say this: "I'll only consider myself winner after results are out".

Ok, I guess I'll do the results.
N represents a dropped vote, while X represents a perfect score.
