How does this part of ACZ work?

Okay...I want to know how this part of Arid Canyon Zone works. How do you program FOFs to crumble and fall when the player walks underneath them?

I've been able to locate this room in SRB2 Doom Builder:

But I've checked all the control sectors, and I still don't understand how it works.

Hey, devs, can you explain it to me, please?
 
Move the FOF with a linedef executor and play the crumble sound effect. I don't know if it's done that way, but it would work.
