internet issues

whenever i try to join a netgame it shuts down SRB2 and says "UDP_socket error:the address and port SRB2 had attempted to bind to is already in use".

what does this mean?

I don't know...when I get on...nobody is even on.

Are you using a firewall or proxy? Try turning those off.

Is that why my server always goes off the Master Server? Ohh...

still not working. it says "UDP_socket error: error #10013: unknown error
