That Chao character was made by either SSNWadmanKiddo or sean1w2, if I remember correctly.

Bloodylightning did retract his statement that he made the wad, though, and then said that someone else made it. The permission he would need, though, is permission to distribute an updated version of the wad.

It makes you look bad to all the older members of the community that know better, and then the rest of the community when you're exposed as a fraud. Don't be tempted. We KNOW this website exists. Stop stealing stuff from it.

Or at least we all know about it now (or at least I know about it now). I think this webpage should get released in the releases section.
