Normally I'd try my best to work these out myself, but this one really has me baffled, can anybody give me some advice for this one? because it takes more than a minute to get round the course without having to stop for the capsule, at least for me it does. I have the A rank and hidden emblem so i really wanna just get SHZ finished.

You know how Spring Hill is the only stage where you start on foot?

Use that to your advantage.

I assumed that might have something to do with that, I thought of going for the magnetic shield but given that the majority of rings are in the lake, it seems more of a time waster.

You can still get more than enough rings to break the capsule without going in the lake.

Yes, and you can attract most of the rings from the giant submerged ring without actually going underwater.

OK so I figured out A way to do it, got it in: 0:58:14 so good enough... now to never play spring hill again!
