one time, srb2 works on me. then i try to add a wad and it stops working.
Why Won't this work?

Make sure the wad is in the main srb2 folder and NOT in any other folder. This other folder is often DOWNLOAD.
It works if the WAD is in subfolders, the game automatically searches through them.
I don't think that's his problem, guys. If the WAD was outside of the SRB2 directory, it would say "file not found" but it wouldn't make the game stop working. I'm thinking that the WAD you're trying to load contains some kind of deformity that crashes the game.
Can you tell us the WAD you're trying to load? Or does it happen with any WAD?

oh well i fixed it anyway. but i wonder why vista won't let my wads have maps included and supersonic can't be invicible.
