Media/Video default player troubleshooting

I downloaded this new music program called Jetstream.
But now when ever I open music/video files it uses that program to open it.

How to I set it back up to windows media player?

I'll give you the WinXP operation.

Step 1: Right Click and bring up a dropdown-menu.
Step 2: Open the "Open With" submenu.
Step 3: Choose "Choose Program"
Step 4: Select WinMediaPlayer and click OK.
Step 5: There is no Step 5, you are done.

I'm using Vista.
The problem is that I'm trying to open up web-cam videos using the software that it came with. So there is no "Sub-Menu" it just says open and uses the thing I downloaded last.
 
You should be able to set your program access and defaults through the Add and Remove programs application, which is located in the control panel.

If my memory doesn't fail me, I'm pretty sure this is universal for most Microsoft Systems.
 
And if you happen to be on KDE for some reason or another, the process is exactly the same. Which is pretty cool if you ask me.

But if you want to keep file associations in Windows clean, you would ideally go into the previous program's settings dialog and uncheck all the filetype associations.
