The Castle Eggman boss is too unfair, even for SRB2 standards.

I would have to agree, actually. Once you get the pattern down, he becomes the second-easiest boss in the game (the easiest being the laughable THZ3) [Difficulty based upon "chance I'll a hit damage fighting this boss" .. though that arguably makes DSZ the hardest boss in the game, if you don't count the RACE section of ERZ3.]
