how to make characters?

Just want link to the topic, where all is explained.

SRB2 Wiki, and srb2.org don't work to me, then i need any help.

can someone help me, how to make wad files? i just want create my models, and put it at the site.

PS: I Have xwe116 editor, but i don't know how to make my char with it.

Look at existing character WADs and look at how they're made. There's a lot more on the Wiki, but since it's down then that's some problem.

And one more thing, DON'T, EVER, MAKE A FRIGGIN' RECOLOUR THAT LOOKS LIKE CRAP! *shot*

And don't make sprite rips. (Taking the sprites from another game and making them into a wad)

There will be a high chance you will be banned.

OH YEAH! Don't put other peoples WADs into your topics saying that they are yours!
