There are free virus scanners out there you know. AVG is has a free version of a virus scanner. It works pretty well, but lately it seems to have a reeeeeeeally slow scan time. I am sure other members can point you out to other free alternatives that can get scan and get rid of viruses, but AVG works well.

Malwarebytes well, scans for everything. Everytime I run into some virus or malware issues it always helps out swell.

No, when my trial of Avast expired it told me to register for a free version.

I use a thing called Advanced System Care. I dunno the link, my mom's ex boyfriend was a computer wiz and he downloaded it.

AVG and superantispyware are a great combo(I have yet to encounter problems with it).

I use Spybot Search and Destroy+Adaware. I haven't run into any problems with them.
