Help with hosting! (No portforward.com please)

I opened port 5029 UDP for srb2win on my firewall, ports on my router is opened, and it's doesn't work! Still no one can see my server! I've turned my firewall of and I got same shit! HELP!!!

Basically, make sure you open that port on your router for your ip only, then make sure your firewall either allows the port or you have it turned off, then make sure the master server is up. Also use the command

Netstat 1
And if you are sending and receiving then you should have done it right.

Also make sure its UDP.

Use netstat 1 in the console when hosting a server to see if its active or not, also does it say registered with the master server or what ever the message says?
 
It's registered, i cheeked listserv, i aldeady put netstat, there was some numbers at get and send, but no noe can't see server with mslauncher and srb2win search menu.

Did they say they couldn't see you, and also if all else fails tell them to join via i.p.
