What can I do get MSVCP71.dll

OK i have a problem opening SLumpED, its saying that I need this MSVCP71.dll thing. How can I get it.

This question might have been answered ,but I dont know how. Can someone tell me specifically how to get the .dll! thx.

What are you guys talking about I have the darn DLL file, google is succesful,Dll files still fails cause it just sends me to repairs, not the exact DLL file. der der der. >_>
