Wondering if anyone would like to work on a collab...

I've wanted to make a bill cosby wad for a bit now, and was wondering if anyone would be interested. He'd be a kart race mod, most likely editing Toad's sprite, replacing his head with an enlarged bill cosby one. Kart color is changing as well. I'm not saying that I'll do nothing, I can supply the sounds for him, and customize the S_Skin as well. I was wondering If someone could draw the first five frames for me, and I can do the rest.

Also, Question: Using XWE, can you take a picture of something (like in paint), and paste it onto a wad?
