Brak Eggman Waypoints

I have recently started making levels, And I was testing by copying everything that is important from ERZ3, but, Whenever he jumps, "BlackEggman could not find waypoint #1!" I just don't get it! The boss waypoints are there, They are flagged properly, What is stopping him from jumping?

Did you make sure the first boss waypoint has a Z position of 0?

I did that, Then it started acting really weird, Hard to explain.

But someone please check MAP01 of this wad?

Also, If it helps, I'm using SRB2CB PNG edition.

EDIT: I found out that if I alter the original level at all, It acts normal until the part where he jumps, Than he acts like the middle platform is destroyed but it isn't.
