How do you make ramps and ring limits?

In levels in Srb2 doom builder how do you make a ramp? I dont mean stairs i mean this: \

Also for a special stage level, how would make the limit of rings you have to collect to get the emerald?

EDIT : also how would you make the floor of a sector slippery, such as... ice?

Slopes can't be done. You can fake it with very thin stairs, though.
